Can I receive an Invoice?

Which payment methods do you accept?

What is SEPA Credit Transfer?

The Single Euro Payments Area or SEPA is an initiative of the European Union to simplify payments within and between member countries. Banking standards have been established and implemented to allow direct debiting of any bank account denominated in euro within the SEPA area.

To debit an account, companies must acquire the customer's name and bank account number in IBAN format. To confirm the payment, customers must accept a mandate authorising the company to debit their account. Stripe is able to generate such a mandate to present to corporate customers.

Customers can dispute a SEPA debit transaction within eight weeks unconditionally: the funds are automatically refunded. Beyond that limit, and for the next eleven months, customers may still dispute transactions that are not supported by a properly authorised mandate. During this period, the arbitration procedure involves both the creditor's bank (company) and the customer (debtor). After 13 months, payments can no longer be disputed.

The SEPA debit is a key payment method for any company interested in recurring billing.


What is the validity of your certificate?

The certificate that Parallel Discover issues is of conformity with the standard you have chosen. We are not accredited by any body in order to remain free and independent in our operations and assessments. We believe that the value of our certification does not depend on an accredited body, but on the competence, professionalism and independence of our auditors. It is our client who decides the validity and legitimacy of our work and our certificate. We are careful to train and hire experienced auditors, because the added value we can offer depends on their experience and competence.
However, we are aware that your client may ask you for a certificate issued by an accredited body. In this case, you may use our certificate as a preliminary audit report in order to later obtain a certificate issued by an accredited body of your choice.

Since we are experts in the certification process, because we have been doing just that for over 25 years, if you choose to certify with Parallel Discover and you also want a certificate issued under accreditation, we will provide you with free assistance during the certification audit of the accredited body, at no extra cost.
